摘 要:通过单因素试验和响应面分析法,研究料液比、乙醇体积分数和超声时间对甜菜根黄酮得率的影响,并通过小鼠力竭游泳运动疲劳模型,比较不同浓度甜菜根黄酮提取物抗运动疲劳的活性。结果表明:在料液比1:40(g/mL)、乙醇体积分数60%、提取时间60 min时,甜菜根黄酮得率达到3.34%。抗运动疲劳试验表明,与空白对照组相比,采用50~200 mg/kg甜菜根黄酮灌胃对小鼠生长体质量无影响,随着灌胃剂量的增加,显著延长小鼠力竭运动时间,并且呈剂量依赖性。Through single factor test and response surface analysis,the effects of solid-liquid ratio,ethanol volume fraction and ultrasonic time on the yield of beetroot flavonoid were studied.The anti-exercise fatigue activities of different concentrations of beetroot flavonoid extract were compared by exhaustion swimming fatigue model in mice.The results showed that when the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:40 (g/mL),the volume fraction of ethanol was 60% and the extraction time was 60 min,the flavonoid yield of beetroot reached 3.34%.The anti-exercise fatigue test showed that compared with the blank control group,the administration of 50–200 mg/kg beetroot flavone had no effect on the growth weight of mice,and with the increase of the gavage dose,the exhaustive exercise time of mice was significantly prolonged in a dose-dependent manner.
