摘　　要：腔镜乳腺手术和即刻乳房重建,是当下乳腺外科最受关注的两大热点技术。本文从腔镜即刻乳房重建的安全性、优势、应用现状、存在问题和展望几个方面,阐述了腔镜即刻乳房重建的现状和发展趋势。Both endoscopic breast surgery and immediate breast reconstruction are the most popular techniques.This article summarizes the safety,advantages,application status,existing problems and prospects of endoscopic mastectomy and immediate breast reconstruction.
