摘 要:目的探讨柴桑区青少年学生超重肥胖现状及其相关影响因素。方法用整群抽样方式于2023年1月至12月选择柴桑区7所中小学在校学生2648例,调查其超重肥胖现状及其相关影响因素。结果2648例青少年学生中检出超重422例(15.94%),肥胖327例(12.35%);经多因素分析显示:职高(OR=30.773)、女(OR=4.395)、经常吃甜品(OR=2.650)、经常吃零食(OR=2.935)、经常吃油炸食品(OR=2.572)、经常吃夜宵(OR=2.557)、经常喝甜饮料(OR=1.997)、经常久坐行为(OR=3.539)、父亲超重肥胖(OR=3.872)、母亲超重肥胖(OR=2.938)、每日睡眠时间≤8 h/d(OR=3.490)是柴桑区青少年学生超重肥胖的高危因素(P<0.05),经常体育锻炼(OR=0.461)、初中(OR=0.173)、高中(OR=0.741)是其保护因素(P<0.05)。结论柴桑区青少年学生超重肥胖发生率较高,其与学生年级、性别、饮食、生活习惯密切相关,需加强健康教育,提倡青少年学生加强体育锻炼、均衡膳食,减少久坐行为,延长睡眠时间,避免发生超重肥胖。Objective To explore the current situation of overweight and obesity among adolescent students in Chaisang District and its influencing factors.Methods A total of 2648 students from 7 primary and secondary schools in Chaisang District were selected by cluster sampling from January to December 2023.The overweight and obesity status and influencing factors were investigated.Results Among 2648 adolescent students,422(15.94%)were overweight and 327(12.35%)were obese.The multivariate analysis showed that vocational high school(OR=30.773),female(OR=4.395),high frequencies of eating desserts(OR=2.650),eating snacks(OR=2.935),eating fried food(OR=2.572),eating midnight snack(OR=2.557),and drinking sweet drinks(OR=1.997),sedentary behavior(OR=3.539),overweight and obesity in father(OR=3.872)and mother(OR=2.938),and daily sleep time≤8 h/d(OR=3.490)were the high-risk factors for overweight and obesity of adolescent students in Chaisang District(P<0.05).Regular physical exercise(OR=0.461),junior high school(OR=0.173)and senior high school(OR=0.741)were the protective factors(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of overweight and obesity among adolescent students in Chaisang District is high,which is closely related to students'grade,gender,diet and living habits.Health education should be strengthened,and adolescent students should strengthen physical exercise,balance diet,reduce sedentary behavior,prolong sleep time,and avoid overweight and obesity.
