摘　　要：目的:分析环状RNA泛素关联蛋白2(UBAP2)在结直肠癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年1月江阴市中医院收治的疑似结肠直肠癌患者30例作为疑似组,选取同期健康体检者30例作为健康组。比较两组环状RNA UBAP2表水平,以病理检查结果为“金标准”,计算环状RNA UBAP2对结直肠癌的诊断效能。结果:疑似组环状RNA UBAP2水平高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。环状RNA UBAP2诊断结直肠癌的灵敏度为95.65%(22/23)、特异度为14.29%(1/7)、准确度为82.14%(23/28)、阳性预测值为78.57%(22/28)、阴性预测值为50.00%(1/2)。结论:环状RNA UBAP2在结直肠癌患者中的表达水平较高,诊断结直肠癌的灵敏度、准确度较高,可为临床诊断提供参考依据。Objective:To analyze the expression and clinical significance of circular RNA Ubiquitin-associated protein 2(UBAP2)in colorectal cancer.Methods:From January 2021 to January 2023,30 patients with suspected colorectal cancer admitted to Jiangyin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the suspected group,and 30 healthy people for physical examination during the same period were selected as the healthy group.The level of circular RNA UBAP2 was compared between the two groups.The diagnostic efficacy of circular RNA UBAP2 in colorectal cancer was calculated while the pathological examination results were used as the"gold standard".Results:The level of circular RNA UBAP2 in the suspected group was higher than that in the healthy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of circular RNA UBAP2 in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer was 95.65%(22/23),14.29%(1/7),82.14%(23/28),78.57%(22/28),and 50.00%(1/2),respectively.Conclusion:The expression level of circular RNA UBAP2 in colorectal cancer patients is high,and the sensitivity and accuracy in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer are high,which can provide a reference for clinical diagnosis.
