摘　　要：由于食管癌本身对患者消化系统生理结构和代谢、内分泌等功能的改变,使睡眠障碍普遍发生于食管癌患者中。但由于大多数患者对自身问题的忽视,使得睡眠障碍对患者自身的影响逐步加深,严重影响着患者的身心健康与生活质量。本文主要从食管癌患者睡眠障碍的发生现状、发生睡眠障碍影响因素、干预措施以及问题与展望等方面进行综述,以期为进一步改善食管癌患者睡眠障碍问题提供依据,并为后续临床时间提供研究思路。Due to the changes of the physiological structure of the digestive system,metabolism,endocrine and other functions of the patients with esophageal cancer(EC),sleep disorders commonly occur in EC patients.However,because most patients ignore their own problems,the impact of sleep disorders on patients themselves gradually deepens,seriously affecting the physical and mental health and quality of life of patients.This article reviews the current status of sleep disorders in EC patients,the factors that affect their occurrence,intervention measures,issues,and prospects,with a view to providing evidence for further improvement of sleep disorders in EC patients,and providing research ideas for future clinical trials.
