机用镍钛器械在乳牙根管治疗中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析乳牙根管治疗中选择不同器械的临床效果。方法选择78例乳牙根管治疗的患儿,按照随机分组方式将患儿分为观察组(39例)与对照组(39例)。对照组采用不锈钢K锉进行根管预备,观察组采取机用镍钛锉ProTaper Sx进行根管预备。对比两组患儿治疗时间及治疗效果。结果观察组治疗时间(38.89±1.46)min短于对照组的(42.42±1.79)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为94.87%,低于对照组的76.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用机用镍钛锉ProTaper Sx对乳牙根管治疗患儿进行根管预备清洁具有良好的效果,可以显著改善患儿乳牙根管的清洁水平,提升患儿根管治疗的成功率。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of nickel-titanium rotary instrument in root canal treatment of deciduous teeth.Methods 78 children who underwent root canal treatment for deciduous teeth were randomly divided into an observation group(39 cases)and a control group(39 cases).The control group received root canal preparation using a stainless steel K-file,while the observation group received root canal preparation using a mechanical nickel titanium file ProTaper Sx.The treatment time and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment time of the observation group was(38.89±1.46)min,which was shorter than(42.42±1.79)min of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.87%,which was lower than 76.92%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of nickel titanium file ProTaper Sx for root canal preparation cleaning in children undergoing root canal treatment for deciduous teeth has a good effect,which can significantly improve the level of root canal cleaning in deciduous teeth and increase the success rate of root canal treatment in children.
