扶正消水方脐敷联合腹腔化疗治疗胃癌致恶性腹水的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析胃癌致恶性腹水治疗中采用扶正消水方脐敷联合腹腔化疗的临床效果。方法30例胃癌致恶性腹水患者,通过数字随机法分为化疗组(15例,腹腔化疗)与联合组(15例,扶正消水方脐敷联合腹腔化疗)。比较两组治疗效果、腹水深度、T细胞亚群水平、不良反应发生情况。结果联合组治疗总有效率80.00%高于化疗组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组腹水深度(80.12±1.02)mm低于化疗组的(85.12±1.36)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组CD3^(+)(59.54±0.11)%、CD4^(+)(39.54±0.21)%高于化疗组的(57.15±0.32)%、(35.12±0.15)%,CD8^(+)(25.33±2.21)%低于化疗组的(27.44±2.12)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率与化疗组比较,无明显的统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论胃癌致恶性腹水患者采用扶正消水方脐敷联合腹腔化疗治疗效果明显,能够减少恶性腹水,改善T细胞亚群水平,保障用药安全,应用价值高。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Fuzheng Xiaoshui recipe umbilical compress combined with intraperitoneal chemotherapy on malignant ascites caused by gastric cancer.Methods A total of 30 patients with malignant ascites caused by gastric cancer were randomly divided into a chemotherapy group(15 cases,intraperitoneal chemotherapy)and a combination group(15 cases,Fuzheng Xiaoshui recipe umbilical compress+intraperitoneal chemotherapy)using a digital randomization method.The therapeutic effect,depth of ascites,level of T cell subsets and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combination group was 80.00%,which was higher than 40.00%of the chemotherapy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the depth of ascites in the combination group was(80.12±1.02)mm,which was lower than(85.12±1.36)mm in the chemotherapy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the combination group had CD3^(+)of(59.54±0.11)%and CD4^(+)of(39.54±0.21)%,which were higher than(57.15±0.32)%and(35.12±0.15)%in the chemotherapy group;CD8^(+)was(25.33±2.21)%in the combination group,which was lower than(27.44±2.12)%in the chemotherapy group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the combined group and the chemotherapy group(P>0.05).Conclusion Fuzheng Xiaoshui recipe umbilical compress shows obvious effect on patients with malignant ascites caused by gastric cancer,which can reduce malignant ascites,improve T cell subpopulation levels,ensure medication safety,and have high application value.
