《内经》"病在脏者取之井"的理论探析

摘　　要：《黄帝内经》曰:"病在脏者取之井;病变于色者取之荥;病时间时甚者取之输;病变于音者取之经;经满而血者病在胃;及饮食不节得病者取之于合.是谓五变也."此文通过查阅《黄帝内经》《难经》中有关井穴及五输穴、五变、五时内容的整理、研究,并参考其他医家观点,糅合自己的见解,探讨"病在脏者取之井"的理论内涵,继而深刻探析井穴的特点、性质、主治、地位和应用,为进一步研究井穴及五输穴提供新的思路,以期对井穴的主治特点有新的启发和思考,更好地完善针灸理论基础,以便更准确指导临床.The Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon states:“If the disease is in the viscera,it is taken from the well;if the disease is in the color,it is taken from the xing;if the disease is severe,it is taken from the infusion;if the disease is in the sound,it is taken from the meridian;if the meridian is full and blood is in the stomach;and if the diet is improper and the disease is taken from the combination.This is called the Five Changes.”This article explores the theoretical connotation of“taking the well from the visceral organs when the disease occurs”by consulting the contents of the“Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon”and“Difficulty Classic”regarding the well points,the five shu points,the five transformations,and the five seasons,and referring to the views of other medical experts and combining their own opinions,and then explore the characteristics,nature,treatment,status and application,for further study well hole and five hole to provide new ideas,in order to have new inspiration and thinking,better improve the theoretical basis of acupuncture and moxibustion,in order to more accurately guide the clinical.
