摘 要:目的:为探讨生殖医学规培教育中多元化教学方式应用的效果。方法:选取2020年7月到2022年9月在安徽医科大学第一附属医院妇产科接受住院医师规范化培训的64名学员进行研究,采用随机分组的方式分为观察组和对照组,每组各32人。对照组采用传统教学方式进行教学,观察组则采用多元化教学方式进行教学,对比两组规培学员的教学效果。结果:在教学后,观察组规培学员的理论知识水平和专业技能考核成绩优于对照组,且观察组规培学员对教学的满意度明显高于对照组,对比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在生殖医学的规培教育中应用多元化教学方式可提升规培学员的理论知识和专业技能水平,且学员对教学更加满意。Objective:To explore the effect of diversified teaching methods in the standardization training of resi⁃dents in reproductive medicine education.Methods:We collected 64 clinical medical students undergoing stan⁃dardization training of residents in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from July 2020 to September 2022.These students were randomly divided into an ob⁃servation group and a control group with 32 participants in each group.The control group adopted traditional teaching methods and the observation group adopted diversified teaching methods to compare the teaching qual⁃ity.Results:After teaching,the theoretical knowledge level and professional skill test scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group;furthermore,the teaching satisfaction of the obser⁃vation group was also significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of diversified teaching methods in the reproductive medicine education can improve the levels of both theoretical knowledge and professional skills of the clinical medical students,and the trainees are more satisfied with the di⁃versified teaching.
