摘　　要：随着保险科技时代的到来,保险企业对人才的需求也发生了巨大变化,除需要熟知保险业务基本原理外,计算机技术、数据分析能力及较高的职业道德修养也逐渐成为保险企业人才需求的方向。该文从保险企业人才需求的角度进行研究和分析,旨在为吉林省高校保险专业职业教育的完善和发展提出有力策略。With the arrival of the age of insurance science and technology,the demand of insurance enterprises for talents has also undergone great changes.In addition to the need to be familiar with the basic principles of in⁃surance business,computer technology,data analysis capabilities and a high degree of professional ethics and cul⁃tivation has gradually become the direction of the demand for talents in insurance enterprises.This paper re⁃searches and analyzes from the perspective of the demand for talents in insurance enterprises,aiming to put for⁃ward a powerful strategy for the improvement and development of vocational education of insurance majors in col⁃leges and universities in Jilin Province.
