杉木屑对广叶绣球菌菌丝生长及鲜菇产量的影响

摘  要:为挖掘适宜绣球菌栽培的新型基质,以杉木屑、松木屑为栽培主料,设置6种不同栽培配方,研究杉木屑部分或全部代替松木屑栽培广叶绣球菌的可行性。试验结果:杉木屑替换部分松木屑后,栽培基质C/N变化不明显,菌丝生长速率显著提高;当杉木屑用量占总木屑用量的20%~60%时,鲜菇产量与不添加杉木屑的对照配方无显著性差异,随着用量持续增加,鲜菇产量下降。综合菌丝生长速率、采收率及鲜菇产量等因素,将杉木屑占总木屑用量的比例控制在60%以下,对绣球菌的生长发育影响不显著。In order to discover a new substrate suitable for Sparassis latifolia cultivation,Chinese fir sawdust and pine sawdust were used as the main materials,and six different cultivation substrates were set up to study the feasibility of partially or completely replacing pine sawdust with Chinese fir sawdust for S.latifolia cultivation.The results showed that partially replacing pine sawdust with Chinese fir sawdust did not significantly change the C/N ratio of the substrate,but the mycelial growth rate significantly increased.When the proportion of Chinese fir sawdust accounts for 20%to 60%of the total amount of sawdust,there was no significant difference in the fresh mushroom yield.The mushroom yield decreased as the amount of Chinese fir sawdust continued to increase.Combined with mycelium growth rate,harvest rate and mushroom yield,it is recommended that the proportion of Chinese fir sawdust should be limit less than 60%,which has no significant impact on the growth and development of S.latifolia.
