摘 要:针对安庆铜矿充填料浆的流变参数和影响规律,为了提升管道输送效率,保障矿山安全高效生产,主要开展了不同浓度充填料浆剪切流变特性试验研究。根据尾砂的粒度分布和料浆流动性要求,实验室设计了不同配比充填料浆的流变性试验、流动性试验,探究充填料浆质量浓度、灰砂比等因素对充填料浆流变特性的影响规律,测定不同充填料浆的剪切应力、黏性系数等参数。试验结果表明,较高的砂灰比和料浆浓度,流动性更好,74%为充填料浆的上限浓度。因此,浓度74%、砂灰比8是安庆铜矿充填料浆的最优参数。According to the rheological parameters and influence law of backfill slurry in Anqing Copper Mine,in order to improve the efficiency of pipeline transportation and ensure the safe and efficient production of mine,the shear rheological characteristics of backfill slurry with different concentrations have been mainly studied in the paper.According to the particle size distribution of tailings and the fluidity requirements of slurry,the lab rheological test and fluidity test of filling slurry with different proportions have been designed to explore the influence law of filling slurry mass concentration,cement-sand ratio and other factors on the rheological characteristics of filling slurry,and to determine the shear stress,viscosity coefficient and other parameters of different filling slurry.The experimental results shows that higher sand-cement ratio and slurry concentration had better fluidity,and 74%is the upper limit concentration of filling slurry.Therefore,the concentration of 74%and sand to cement ratio of 8 are the optimal parameters of the filling slurry in the mine.
