浅谈医院感染知识培训对医学检验专业实习生的重要性

摘　　要：目的本研究通过调研医学检验专业实习生对医院感染知识的掌握情况,探讨医院感染知识培训对医学检验专业实习生在临床实习阶段的重要性。方法选取2017年至2022年连云港市第二人民医院的129名医学检验专业实习生作为研究对象,应用配对t检验分别比较实习生在医院感染知识培训前后的理论知识和技能操作的掌握情况,并分析实习生发生医院感染不良事件发生率的变化情况。结果2017年至2022年实习生在医院感染知识培训前后的理论知识考试成绩分别为(13.96±1.96,25.50±2.50)分、(13.26±1.97,25.32±2.56)分、(13.67±2.06,26.00±2.47)分、(13.10±2.17,25.60±2.44)分、(12.81±1.94,24.56±2.50)分、(13.54±2.00,25.50±2.57)分,医院感染知识培训后实习生的理论知识成绩明显提高,两组间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2017年至2022年实习生在培训前后的技能操作成绩分别为(11.88±3.10,23.88±2.25)分、(8.84±2.59,25.16±2.77)分、(10.89±2.87,23.39±1.79)分、(10.20±2.07,23.75±2.63)分、(9.69±2.26,23.56±1.66)分、(14.21±2.30,24.29±2.42)分,医院感染知识培训后实习生的技能操作成绩也明显提高,两组间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2017年至2022年实习生在临床实习期间导致的医院感染事件的发生率分别为12.50%、10.53%、5.56%、5.00%、3.13%和0.00%,且年度医院感染发生率总体上呈下降趋势。结论医院感染知识培训能够显著提高医学检验专业实习生的医院感染防护意识和防护能力,在医院感染的防控中发挥着极其重要的作用。Objective To explore the importance of hospital infection knowledge training for medical laboratory interns during clinical practice by investigating their grasp of hospital infection knowledge.Methods A total of 129 interns majoring in medical laboratory in the Second People's Hospital of Lianyungang from 2017 to 2022 were selected as subjects.Paired t-tests were used to compare the theoretical and practical knowledge of the interns before and after hospital infection training,and to analyze changes in the occurrence of hospital infection adverse events among the interns.Results The theoretical scores of interns before and after training were(13.96±1.96,25.50±2.50),(13.26±1.97,25.32±2.56),(13.67±2.06,26.00±2.47),(13.10±2.17,25.60±2.44),(12.81±1.94,24.56±2.50)and(13.54±2.00,25.50±2.57)from 2017 to 2022,respectively.The theoretical knowledge scores of interns were significantly improved after the hospital infection knowledge training,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The technical knowledge scores of interns before training and after training were(11.88±3.10,23.88±2.25),(8.84±2.59,25.16±2.77),(10.89±2.87,23.39±1.79),(10.20±2.07,23.75±2.63),(9.69±2.26,23.56±1.66)and(14.21±2.30,24.29±2.42)from 2017 to 2022,respectively.The technical knowledge scores of interns were also significantly improved after the hospital infection knowledge training,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of hospital-acquired infection caused by interns during clinical practice from 2017 to 2022 was 12.50%,10.53%,5.56%,5.00%,3.13%and 0.00%,respectively.In addition,the annual incidence showed a decreasing trend as a whole.Conclusion The training of hospital infection knowledge can significantly improve the awareness and ability of hospital infection protection of interns majoring in medical laboratory,and it plays an extremely important role in the prevention and control of hospital infection.
