摘　　要：以培养应用型医学检验人才的岗位胜任力为导向,提出“基础‘土’滋养、技能‘火’淬炼、创新‘水’贯通、能力‘木’成长、思想‘金’引领”五位一体的“五行”应用型医学检验人才课程思政育人目标,以应用型医学检验专业核心课程群为载体,通过持续拓展课程思政案例库建设,联合教学方法的改进、教学过程的设计及教学评价的运用,初步形成特征鲜明的应用型医学检验人才培养课程思政教学体系,旨在培养“政治素质高、综合能力强、创新意识优、实践技能巧、专业知识牢”,德才兼备的高素质应用型医学检验人才,为其他医学院校的医学检验人才培养提供经验。Oriented by the cultivation of post competency for applied medical laboratory talents,the a five-in-one"five elements"approach for ideological and political educationin applied medical laboratory talent training courses.This approach consists of"soil"for nourishing the foundation,"fire"for refining skills,"water"for connecting innovation,"wood"for growing abilities,and"metal"for leading ideology.With the core curriculum group of applied medical laboratory majors as the carrier,a distinct curriculum ideology teaching system for the cultivation of applied medical laboratory talents is preliminarily formed by continuously expanding the ideological and political education case library,improving teaching methods,designing the teaching process and utilizing teaching evaluation.The aim is to cultivate high-quality applied medical laboratory talents with excellent political qualities,strong comprehensive abilities,outstanding innovative consciousness,adept practical skills,and solid professional knowledge.This provides valuable experience for the cultivation of medical laboratory talents in other medical colleges and universities.
