摘  要:本文以长跑运动为例,对运动员穿着不同定制鞋垫开展长跑竞技时的下肢生物力学特征进行分析,以三维测力台、红外三维动作捕捉系统等采集了长跑运动员竞技过程中下肢运动学、动力学特征等。结果表明,在长跑初期,较软的鞋垫可以为运动员提供更大的推动力,但长期效果不显著;较硬的鞋垫可以显著提高运动员的长跑水平。Taking long-distance running as an example,this paper analyzed the lower extremity biomechanical characteristics of athletes wearing different customized insoles to carry out long-distance running competitions,and collected the kinematics and dynamics characteristics of lower extremity of long-distance runners in the competition process with three-dimensional force measuring platform and infrared three-dimensional motion capture system.The results show that soft insoles can provide more impetus for runners in the early stage of long-distance running,but the long-term effect is not significant.Stiffer insoles can significantly improve an athlete's running level.
