摘  要:近几年来,面向国家战略需求,大学纷纷推进组织变革,兴起了“成立新学院”的组织浪潮。从组织社会学的视角来看,面向国家战略需求的大学组织变革受制度环境及合法性机制的影响。大学新一轮组织变革有利于优化学科专业布局,对当前的需求和机遇做出反应,但同时也可能给大学组织运行带来以下困境:一是淡化组织边界,影响组织变革的目标和效率;二是组织持续扩张,进一步加重大学的治理负担;三是削弱办学特色,强化大学组织的趋同机制。对此,应科学构筑大学组织边界,保持大学战略定力;合理控制院系组织数量,提升组织治理效率;坚持组织变革守正创新,走差异化发展道路。In recent years,in order to meet the national strategic needs,universities have launched a wave of organizational reform featuring"establishing new colleges".From the perspective of organizational sociology,the university organizational reform is influenced by the institutional environment and the mechanism of legitimacy.It is conducive to optimizing the layout of disciplines and majors,as well as responding to current needs and opportunities.However,it also creates the following dilemmas:Firstly,it may dilute the organizational boundaries and affect the goals and efficiency of organizational reform.Secondly,university organization continues expanding,further increasing the governance burden of the university.Thirdly,it probably weakens the characteristics of universities and strengthens the convergence mechanism of university organizations.In the face of these predicaments,university's organizational boundaries should be scientifically constructed to maintain the university's strategic focus;the number of departmental organizations should be reasonably controlled to improve organizational governance efficiency;the organizational reform should uphold fundamental principles and break new ground,and take the path of differentiated development.
