摘 要:以深圳春风隧道穿越布吉河既有桥墩群桩为工程背景,采用数值模拟及现场监测的手段研究盾构掘进中桥墩群桩的变形规律。计算结果与监测结果均表明桩基区域地表的最终沉降明显大于其余区域,盾构掘进对桥桩竖向变形的影响较大,对桥桩水平变形的影响很小;桥梁桩基实测最大沉降量和最大上抬量分别为0.93mm和2.94mm,均满足根据计算结果制定的安全控制标准,从而验证该标准制定的合理性及数值计算结果的可靠性。此外,监测结果显示桩前15m至桩后40m范围内盾构掘进对桩基变形的影响较大,且掘进参数的变化对桩基变形也有一定的影响。Based on the engineering background of the Shenzhen Chunfeng Tunnel crossing the existing pier group piles of the Buji River,the deformation law of pier group piles in shield tunneling is studied by means of numerical simulation and field monitoring.Both the calculation results and the monitoring results show that the final settlement of the ground surface in the pile foundation area is obviously larger than that in the other areas.The shield tunneling has a great influence on the vertical deformation of the bridge pile,however,it has little influence on horizontal deformation of the bridge pile.The measured maximum settlement and maximum uplift of the bridge pile foundation are 0.93 mm and 2.94 mm,respectively,which meet the safety control standards formulated according to the calculation results,and verify the rationality of the standard formulation and the reliability of the numerical calculation results.In addition,the monitoring results show that the shield tunneling has a great influence on the deformation of the pile foundation in the range of 15 m before the pile to 40 m behind the pile,and the change of the tunneling parameters also has a certain influence on the deformation of the bridge pile.
