摘　　要：植物多酚是植物体内具有多元酚结构的一类复杂的酚类次生代谢物,能够应对生物和非生物胁迫引起的氧化损伤,因此在植物生长发育过程中具有重要的作用。光照对植物的生长发育及多酚类物质合成具有至关重要的影响,其主要通过调控苯丙烷等代谢途径基因影响多酚类物质的合成。简述了多酚类物质的合成途径,并从光周期、光照强度以及光质三方面总结光照对多酚类物质合成的影响,旨在为今后多酚类物质的调控机制提供理论基础。Plant polyphenols are a complex class of phenolic secondary metabolites with polyphenol structure in the plants,which can cope with oxidative damage caused by biotic and abiotic stresses.Therefore plant polyphenols play important roles in plant growth and development.Light has a crucial impact on plant growth and development and polyphenol synthesis,which mainly affects the synthesis of polyphenols by regulating metabolic pathway genes such as phenylpropanoid pathway.The paper briefly described the synthesis pathway of polyphenols,and summarized the effects of light on thesynthesis of polyphenols from three aspects:photoperiod,light intensity and light quality,aiming to provide theoretical basis for future research on the regulatory mechanisms of polyphenol production.
