摘  要:随着我国“双碳”目标的提出,“双碳”人才成为近年来国内学者的研究热点。围绕这一热点主题,文章借助CiteSpace等文献分析工具,聚焦文献发文量、被引频次、期刊影响因子、发文机构、核心作者群、关键词等指标,对近年来国内关于“双碳”人才的主题文献进行了量化分析,系统梳理了其研究脉络,得出如下研究结论:国内对“双碳”人才的研究尚处于起步阶段,文献数量较少,年度分布极不均匀,高质量文献稀缺;发文机构间合作关系较弱,核心作者群相对分散,学术影响力有待加强;未来研究将遵循专业化、信息化和国际化的前沿方向,在“双碳”人才概念的学理性和政策性界定、人才培养共同体建设和人才开发环节拓展上做出新突破。With the establishment of the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality in our country,carbon peaking and carbon neutrality talents have become the research hot issue of domestic scholars in recent years.Focusing on this hot topic,and with the help of literature analysis tools such as CiteSpace,this paper makes a quantitative analysis of the domestic literature on carbon peaking and carbon neutrality talents in recent years by focusing on the number of publications,citation frequency,journal impact factors,issuing institutions,core author groups,key words and other indicators,systematically combing the research context,and drawing the following research conclusions:Domestic research on carbon peaking and carbon neutrality talents is still in its infancy,with a small number of literature,highly uneven annual distribution,and scarce high-quality literature;the cooperation between the publishing institutions is weak,the core author groups are relatively scattered,and the academic influence needs to be strengthened;future research will follow the frontier direction of specialization,informatization and internationalization,and make new breakthroughs in the academic and policy definition of the concept of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality talents,the construction of talents training communities,and the expansion of talents development links.
