抗坏血酸在复杂含铅物料中铅滴定的应用

摘  要:参考EDTA滴定法对铅精矿中的铅含量进行测定,对传统铅测定方法进行改进。通过对比不同的抗坏血酸的加入,分析Fe^(3+)对滴定终点的干扰。测定方法改进之后,标准偏差由79%降至4%,相对标准偏差由4.46%降至0.2%。在硫酸铅形成的过程中提前加入抗坏血酸,可有效掩蔽Fe^(3+),滴定终点明显且稳定。改进后的测定方法操作简便且测定结果准确可靠,对实际生产具有一定的指导意义。The lead content in lead concentrate was determined and the traditional lead determination method was improved based on the EDTA titration method.The interference of Fe^(3+) on the titration endpoint was analyzed by comparing the addition of different ascorbic acids.After the improvement of the method,the standard deviation decreased from 79% to 4%,and the relative standard deviation decreased from 4.46% to 0.2%.Early addition of ascorbic acid in the formation of lead sulfate can effectively mask Fe^(3+),and the titration end point is obvious and stable.The improved measurement method is easy to operate and the measurement results are accurate and reliable,which has certain guiding significance for actual production.
