摘 要:介绍了苯胺液相合成二苯胺工艺,考察了二苯胺合成催化剂DQ-23的催化性能,进行了苯胺缩合生成二苯胺反应热力学研究,研究了反应过程中苯胺转化率下降问题,并进行了工艺改进探索。催化剂DQ-23可以催化苯胺合成二苯胺,催化能力与参比剂相当;热力学计算结果表明,苯胺液相合成二苯胺反应并非热力学控制。此外,通过研究发现二苯胺高聚物可能是导致苯胺转化率下降的重要原因。当反应体系中加入质量分数0.1%的自由基捕获剂时,苯胺转化率的下降速率变慢,从而可以延长催化剂的使用寿命。The liquid-phase synthesis process of diphenylamine from aniline was introduced.Catalyst DQ-23 was prepared to investigate its catalytic properties of diphenylamine synthesis.Thermodynamic research on the condensation reaction of aniline to produce diphenylamine and the problem of decreased aniline conversion rate during the reaction process were considered.The process improvements were explored.DQ-23 could catalyze the synthesis of diphenylamine from aniline,catalytic efficiency of which were equal to that of the reference agent.The thermodynamic calculation results indicated that the liquid-phase synthesis of diphenylamine from aniline was not thermodynamically controlled.In addition,the study found that the high polymer generated by the polymerization of diphenylamine was an important reason for the decrease in aniline conversion rate.When 0.1%free radical scavengers were added to the reaction system,the rate of decline of aniline conversion would slow down,which could prolong the service life of the catalyst.
