摘 要:目的:了解高职护生对基于电子病历系统的护理文件书写实训教学体验,为促进信息技术支持下的教学改革和护理文书书写规范化,提供理论依据。方法:采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对某高职院校护理学院的22名学生进行访谈并应用Colaizzi分析法对访谈资料进行整理分析。结果:对访谈资料进行分析后得出本次研究的4个主题,即高职护生在校期间对于护理电子病历的认知欠缺;高职护生对于进入临床实习前接受基于电子病历系统的实训教学的需求迫切;高职护生对于书写护理文件的积极性受外部环境的影响;将护理电子病历系统融入护理实训教学,能够提高高职护生学习意愿。结论:针对高职护生,在其进入临床护理工作之前,将护理电子病历系统融入实训教学,有利于提高护生的护理文件书写能力和职业素养,满足护生对护理电子病历系统的应用需求,进而促进信息技术支持下的教学改革和护理文书书写规范化,持续推进护理学科高质量发展。Objective:To understand the teaching experience of nursing students′practical training on nursing document writing based on electronic medical record system,and to provide theoretical basis for promoting teaching reform and standardization of nursing document writing under the support of information technology.Methods:A total of 22 nursing students in a higher vocational college were interviewed by using the phenomenological method of qualitative research and Colaizzi analysis was applied to collate and analyze the interview data.Results:After the analysis of the interview data,four themes of this study were obtained,namely:The cognition of nursing electronic medical record of higher vocational nursing students in school was insufficient;It was urgent for higher vocational nursing students to accept the practical teaching based on electronic medical record system before entering clinical practice.The enthusiasm of higher vocational nursing students for writing nursing documents was affected by the external environment;The integration of nursing electronic medical record system into nursing practice teaching can improve the learning willingness of nursing students in higher vocational colleges.Conclusions:Aimed at higher vocational nursing students,before they enter clinical nursing work,integrating the nursing electronic medical record system into practical training is conducive to improving their nursing document writing ability and professional quality,meeting their application needs for the nursing electronic medical record system,then promoting the teaching reform and writing standardization of nursing document under the support of information technology,and continuously promoting the high-quality development of nursing disciplines.
