日本“简明日语”语言服务体系特征与启示——基于东京23区政府网站的案例调查

摘　　要：本文对东京23区政府网站进行调研,运用案例研究法与KH Coder文本分析法,从语言服务的提供者、内容和方式三个角度考察其“简明日语”语言服务体系,指出其具有“语言服务提供者的示范引领与协同化”“语言服务内容全面化、深入化”“语言服务方式多元化、智能化”的特征,但同时也存在“一线人员专业水平有待提高”“形象标识宣传效果有待提升”“自动翻译内容质量有待改进”等不足之处。据此为我国“简明汉语”语言服务的发展提供参考性建议:(1)语言服务提供者要加强政策扶持,凝聚社会共识;(2)在语言服务内容上要加快成果转化,推进技术研发;(3)在语言服务方式上要发挥传播优势,搭建交流渠道。Based on the government websites in 23 districts of Tokyo,this paper tries to investigate"Easy Japanese"language service system.Some advantages are found,such as"the leading role of language service provider","comprehensive,diversified and intelligent language service".It is also found that the front-line personnel need further education;the automatic translation is not satisfied;and some logos need to be well designed.Therefore,some suggestions for the development of"Easy Chinese"in China are put forward:language service providers should make use of policy support and forge social consensus;it is necessary to promote language service research and development;more communication channels should be built.
