摘　　要：为探索智慧供应链建设在提高企业内部分工效率,畅通国际国内双循环的作用,本文基于供应链敏捷性和供应链协同理论,将2018年供应链创新与应用试点作为智慧供应链建设的准自然实验。基于上市公司2013—2020年数据,研究了智慧供应链建设对企业内部分工的影响及其作用机制。主要研究结论如下:(1)实证分析表明,智慧供应链建设对企业内部分工有显著提升作用,经过一系列稳健性检验后结论依然成立;(2)机制分析表明,智慧供应链建设通过交易成本机制、关系效应机制和融资机制三大效应提升了企业内部分工水平,上述机制均通过了实证检验;(3)异质性检验结果表明,由企业所有制、企业生命周期、产业异质性、要素密集度、要素市场分割程度、企业数字化水平和地区异质性这七个方面划分出的不同类型的企业受到智慧供应链带来的分工效应存在差异。据此,本文为推进智慧供应链建设进而推动企业内部分工,提升国家竞争力提供了微观层面的理论支撑与经验证据。Based on supply chain agility and supply chain synergy theory,this study takes the supply chain innovation and application pilot in 2018 as a quasi-natural experiment in the construction of smart supply chain,with the aim to explore the role of smart supply chain construction in improving the efficiency of divi-sion of labor among enterprises and smoothing the dual circulation of international and domestic markets.The paper examines the impact of smart supply chain construction on the division of labor and its mechanism based on the data of listed companies from 2013 to 2020.The results are as follows:(1)The empirical analy-sis shows that the construction of smart supply chain has a significantly improved effect on the division of labor,and the conclusion is still valid after a series of robustness tests.(2)The mechanism analysis shows that the construction of smart supply chain improves the division of labor through three effects:transaction cost mechanism,relationship effect mechanism and financing mechanism,and they all have passed the empiri-cal test.(3)The heterogeneity test results show that there are differences in the division effect of smart sup-ply chain on different types of enterprises divided by seven aspects:enterprise ownership,enterprise life cycle,industrial heterogeneity,factor intensity,factor market segmentation degree,enterprise digitization level and regional heterogeneity.Therefore,this paper provides theoretical support and empirical evidence at the micro level for promoting the construction of intelligent supply chain,promoting internal division of labor and enhancing national competitiveness.
