摘　　要：刘铁军教授认为,胃下垂发病以气虚不运、阳虚气陷为本,常伴有血虚,或夹杂痰湿、郁热、血瘀等实邪而虚实并见,临床基于“补气升阳”法论治胃下垂,以顾护胃气贯穿始末,辅以疏肝理气、升举阳气、气血同调等法,灵活化裁补中益气汤、黄芪建中汤等经典名方,效如桴鼓。Professor Liu Tiejun believes that the onset of gastroptosis is based on qi deficiency,and yang deficiency and sinking of qi,often accompanied by blood deficiency,or mixed with phlegm-damp,stagnated heat,blood stasis and other excessive pathogen,resulting in the combination with excess and defi ciency.Professor Liu believes that the clinical treatment of gastroptosis is based on the method of invigorating vital energy and raising yang,in order to protect the stomach qi throughout the the entire process;And the treatment is also supplemented by methods such as dispersing liver and regulating qi,raising yang qi,and harmonizing qi and blood together;At the same time,classic formulas such as modifi ed Buzhong Yiqi Tang and Huangqi Jianzhong Tang are flexibly used.And the eff ect of this treatment is rapid and signifi cant.
