摘　　要：目前,恶性肿瘤发病不易被发现,且进展较快,影响人们的生活质量。一些从本草中提取的具有抗肿瘤功效的天然产物,近年来被国内外研究者重点关注。榄香烯作为天然产物,具有抗肿瘤活性,是中草药姜科植物温莪术提取和分离出来的。现综合大量文献发现,β-榄香烯在肿瘤细胞诱导凋亡方面、侵袭和转移的抑制方面、免疫调节方面、逆转肿瘤耐药等多方面发挥抗肿瘤作用,同时递送系统有助于β-榄香烯,使β-榄香烯在治疗肿瘤方面有更高的生物利用度。At present,the onset of malignant tumors is not easily detected,and malignant tumors progress rapidly,which affects people's quality of life.In recent years,some natural products with anti-tumor effects extracted from materia medica have been the focus of attention by researchers at home and abroad.Elemene,as a natural product,has anti-tumor activity and is extracted and isolated from Chinese herb Curcuma wenyujin in Zingiberaceae.This article summarizes a large number of documents and fi nds thatβ-elemene plays an anti-tumor role in inducing apoptosis of tumor cells,inhibiting invasion and metastasis,immune regulation,reversing drug resistance in cancer and other aspects.At the same time,the delivery system helps to enhance the bioavailability ofβ-elemene in the treatment of tumors.
