浙江省安吉县学龄前儿童牙科畏惧症影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查浙江省安吉县学龄前儿童牙科畏惧症(Children’sdental fear,CDF)及其影响因素,为制定家庭口腔健康管理策略提供依据。方法采用简单随机抽样的方法于2022年1月—2023年6月随机抽取安吉县6所幼儿园的288名学龄前儿童及家长进行问卷调查。参照儿童畏惧调查表-牙科分量表中文版将288名儿童分为CDF组(n=151)与非CDF组(n=137),采用单因素及多因素二元logistic回归分析影响学龄前儿童CDF的危险因素。结果年龄(OR=2.381)、口腔科就诊史(OR=3.663)、磨牙症(OR=2.944)、主要抚养人(OR=0.428)、父母教养方式(OR=0.563)、父母牙科畏惧情绪(OR=2.254)是学龄前儿童发生CDF的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论学龄前儿童家长应提高对儿童口腔健康的重视程度,社区及医疗机构应加大对口腔保健知识与行为的宣教力度,以培养学龄前儿童良好的口腔卫生习惯,降低CDF发生率。Objective To investigate the children’s dental fear(CDF)and its influencing factors of preschool children in Anji County,Zhejiang Province,and formulate corresponding family oral health management strategies.Methods Using simple random sampling method,288 preschool children aged 3 to 6 years old and their parents were randomly selected from 6 kindergartens in the district for questionnaire survey from January 2022 to June 2023.A total of 288 children were divided into CDF group(n=151)and non-CDF group(n=137)according to the Chinese version of the children’s fear survey-dental subscale,and the risk factors affecting CDF in preschool children were combined with univariate analysis and multivariate binary logistic regression analyzed.Results Age(OR=2.381),history of dental visits(OR=3.663),bruxism(OR=2.944),primary caregiver(OR=0.428),parental parenting style(OR=0.563),and parental dental fear(OR=2.254)were influencing factors for the occurrence of CDF in preschool children(P<0.05).Conclusion Parents of preschool children in this region should pay more attention to their oral health,and communities and medical institutions should increase their promotion of oral health knowledge and behavior to cultivate good oral hygiene habits and reduce the incidence of CDF.
