摘　　要：目的对我国公共卫生舆情监测与应对领域的研究进行可视化分析,为今后相关工作提供参考。方法通过中国知网数据库检索2010—2023年我国公共卫生舆情监测与应对领域发表的文献,使用CiteSpace6.2.R3软件进行可视化分析。结果共286篇文献纳入分析,其中发文量较多的机构为农业农村部信息中心9篇、四川省疾病预防控制中心5篇、中国疾病预防控制中心4篇,作者间、机构间合作研究相对较少。出现频次较高的关键词为网络舆情89次、疫情防控25次等;中介中心性较高的关键词为公共卫生0.84、大数据0.51、新冠肺炎0.50、网络舆情0.45等。结论推动多机构合作及多学科融合、持续关注突发公共卫生事件、建立舆情应对工作定量评价指标体系或将成为该领域今后的发展趋势。Objective Conducting a visualization analysis of the research in the field of public opinion monitoring and response on public health in China,aiming to provide reference for future work.Methods The related journal literatures from 2010 to 2023 were obtained by searching through CNKIdatabase.CiteSpace 6.2.R3 software was used to perform subsequent visual analysis.Results A total of 286 articles were included in the analysis.The institutions with the largest number of articles were the Information Center of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs(9 papers),the Sichuan Center for Disease Controland Prevention(5 papers),and the Chinese Center for Disease Controland Prevention(4 papers).There was not much collaborative research among authors or institutions.The keywords with the highest frequency included online public opinion(89 times),epidemic prevention and control(25 times),etc.Keywords with the highest mediating centrality included public health(0.84),big data(0.51),COVID-19(0.50),online public opinion(0.45),etc.Conclusions Promoting multi-agency cooperation and multidisciplinary integration,continuing to pay attention to public health emergencies,and establishing a quantitative evaluation index system for public opinion response may become the future development trend in this field.
