摘 要:脉冲调制器是大功率真空管发射机必不可少的核心组成单元,设计改进调制器的性能是提升发射机性能的关键途径之一。本文介绍了脉冲调制器原理和类型,并对不同类型调制器特点作了相关介绍,探讨主流的刚管脉冲调制器相关技术。经分析研究,设计开发一种新型小型化大功率刚管脉冲调制器,重点介绍了调制器核心电路设计方案和实验结果。实验表明,该型调制器相比传统固态刚管脉冲调制器具有电路简单、重量轻、体积小、性能优越等特点,在确保发射机的工作性能及可靠性的前提下,满足了高机动雷达对小型化、集成化的需求。Pulse modulators are essential core components of high-power vacuum tube transmitters,and designing and improving the performance of modulators is one of the key ways to enhance transmitter performance.This article introduces the principle and types of pulse modulators,and introduces the characteristics of different types of modulators.It explores mainstream technologies related to rigid tube pulse modulators.After analysis and research,a new type of miniaturized high-power rigid tube pulse modulators is designed and developed,with a focus on the design scheme of the modulator core circuit and experimental results.Experimental results show that this type of modulator has advantages such as simple circuit,light weight,small volume,and superior performance compared to traditional solid-state rigid tube pulse modulators.While ensuring the working performance and reliability of the transmitter,it meets the requirements of high mobility radar for miniaturization and integration.
