摘  要:目的设计一种基于医院信息系统(hospital information system,HIS)的新型多媒体医患沟通系统,结合医疗流程、医疗需求和信息技术讨论设计该系统的可行性。方法采用PowerBuilder编程工具和关系数据库管理系统(Adaptive ServerAnywhere,ASA)设计新型医患沟通系统,并与HIS对接。结果传统医患沟通模式存在效率低、信息不对称、难追溯等不足,新型多媒体医患沟通系统可弥补传统医患沟通系统的不足,且具有良好的科学性和可行性。结论新型多媒体医患沟通系统较传统模式优势明显,实用性强,对提升医患沟通效果、提高医护工作效率、促进医患关系和谐具有重要价值。Objective To design a new multimedia doctor-patient communication system based on hospital information system(HIS),and discuss the feasibility of this system in combination with medical process,medical needs and information technology.Methods A new doctor-patient communication system was designed by using PowerBuilder programming tools and Adaptive Server Anywhere(ASA),which was interfaced with HIS.Results The traditional doctorpatient communication model had shortcomings such as low efficiency,information asymmetry and difficulty in tracing,the new multimedia doctor-patient communication system could make up for the shortcomings of the traditional doctor-patient communication system,which had good scientificty and feasibility.Conclusion The new multimedia doctor-patient communication system has obvious advantages and strong practicability,it has important value in improving the effect of doctor-patient communication,improving the efficiency of medical work and promoting the harmony of doctor-patient relationship.
