摘  要:近年来,外泌体在生物医药领域的研究关注度显著升高,随着研究的不断深入,将其应用于临床的诊断和治疗是研究人员关注的热点。外泌体是细胞分泌的细胞外囊泡,携带核酸、蛋白质、等生物活性物质,在机体的生理和病理过程中发挥重要作用。与脂质体、纳米颗粒等合成载体比较,外泌体的内生性和异质性使其在疾病诊疗领域具有广泛而独特的优势。然而,外泌体的储存稳定性差、低产量、低纯度、和弱靶向性限制了其临床应用。可以通过物理修饰的方法探索并优化上述问题,本文通过检索大量文献,重点综述了各类物理修饰外泌体的最新研究进展,并对未来外泌体修饰的应用前景进行展望。Exosomes have received significant study interest in the field of biomedicine in recent years,and as the research progresses,their application to clinical diagnosis and therapy has become a hot topic among researchers.Exosomes are extracellular vesicles released by cells that contain nucleic acids,proteins,and other biologically active substances.They play a crucial part in the organism's physiological and pathological processes.Exosomes have a vast and distinct advantage over synthetic carriers such as liposomes and nanoparticles because they are endogenous and di-verse.Exosomes'clinical applicability is limited by their poor storage stability,low yield,low purity,and weak targe-ting.The above problems can be explored and optimized by physical modification.In this paper,by searching a large number of literatures,the latest research progress of various physically-modified exosomes is reviewed,and the future application prospect of exosome modification is prospected.
