摘　　要：目的:了解突发公共卫生事件COVID-19疫情及常态化疫情防控期间重庆某高校口腔医学生焦虑及睡眠状况,为采取积极干预措施提供依据。方法:重庆某高校口腔医学生作为调查对象,应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)等,采取在线问卷方式调查COVID-19疫情及常态化疫情防控期间口腔医学生焦虑及睡眠状况。结果:2021年常态化疫情防控期间与2020年COVID-19疫情期间相比,本科生睡眠时间减少,有显著差异。2021年与2020年焦虑得分以及焦虑情绪检出率无统计学差异。本科生每日睡眠时间与焦虑得分有负相关性。结论:COVID-19疫情及后疫情防控期间,高校应持续增加积极社会支持,维护高校学生心理健康。Objective:To understand the anxiety and sleep status of dental students in a university in Chongqing during the COVID-19 pandemic and the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,and to provide a basis for taking proactive intervention measures.Methods:Dental students from a university in Chongqing were surveyed using the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and other methods.An online questionnaire was used to investigate the anxiety and sleep status of dental students during the COVID-19 pandemic and the normalization of epidemic prevention and control.Results:Compared with the COVID-19 pandemic period in 2020,undergraduate students sleep time decreased significantly during the normalization of epidemic prevention and control in 2021.There were no statistically significant differences in anxiety scores and anxiety detection rates between 2021 and 2020.The daily sleep time of undergraduate students was negatively correlated with anxiety scores.Conclusion:During the COVID-19 pandemic and post-pandemic prevention and control period,universities should continue to increase positive social support to maintain the psychological health of college students.
