摘　　要：在数字法治建设背景下,复合型法治人才培养是法学教育的核心使命。如何进一步创新与改革传统法治人才培养,培养面向数字法治的复合型法治人才,更好推进中国式法治现代化的实现,是当代法学教育和法治人才培养必须思考和回应的重大课题。从数字法治时代视角出发,以高等院校法学教育为研究主体,以“意蕴、藩篱、突破”思路探究面向数字法治时代的复合型法治人才培养路径,为新时代复合型法治人才培养提供有益参考。In the context of digital rule of law construction,the cultivation of compound legal talents is the core mission of legal education.It is a significant issue that contemporary legal education and legal talent cultivation must consider and respond to:how to further innovate and reform the traditional legal talent cultivation,cultivate compound legal talents oriented towards digital rule of law,and better promote the realization of Chinese-style modernization of the rule of law.From the perspective of the digital rule of law era,this paper takes legal education in institutions of higher learning as the research subject and explores the cultivation path of compound legal talents for the digital rule of law era with the idea of"implication,barrier,and breakthrough,"hoping to provide a useful reference for the cultivation of compound legal talents in the new era.
