我国银行法学课程体系创新研究——以英国银行法学课程为借鉴

摘　　要：金融是国民经济的血脉,是国家核心竞争力的重要组成部分,加强金融领域法治建设能够促进我国金融业的良性发展。其中,银行法学作为金融法学的重要组成部分,对全面推进金融强国建设具有重要意义。我国金融法律体系正逐步健全,在此过程中需要培养一批具有金融法学素养,特别是银行法学相关的高素质人才,为金融业高质量发展提供人才保障。当前,我国银行法治人才培养已呈现体系化、自主化的趋势,但在教材选定和课程设置等方面仍存在一定不足。通过以教材选择与课程设置为切入对比研究我国与英国银行法学培养模式,为我国银行法学人才培养机制提供参考,推进我国法治人才培养,实现全面依法治国。Finance is the lifeblood of the national economy and a crucial component of a country's core competitiveness.Strengthening the legal construction in the financial sector can promote the healthy development of China's financial industry.Among them,banking law,as an important part of financial law,is of great significance for comprehensively advancing the construction of a financially strong country.China's financial legal system is gradually improving,and in this process,it is necessary to cultivate a group of high-quality talents with financial legal literacy,especially those related to banking law,to provide talent support for the high-quality development of the financial industry.Currently,the cultivation of legal talents in the banking sector in China has shown a trend of systematization and autonomy,but there are still certain deficiencies in textbook selection and curriculum design.By comparing and studying the training modes of banking law in China and the UK,focusing on textbook selection and curriculum design,this paper aims to provide references for the talent cultivation mechanism of banking law in China,promote the cultivation of legal talents in China,and achieve the goal of comprehensively administering the country according to the law.
