摘　　要：水是地球上最常见的物质之一,其独特的物理化学性质决定了它在生命存在过程中无可替代的重要地位。本文概述了水的结构与物理化学性质、全球水资源状况和水循环基本概念,介绍了水在生物细胞内的运输机制及其对于生物分子结构与功能的调控作用。Water is one of the most common substances on the earth,and its unique physical and chemical properties determine its irreplaceable important position in the process of life.In this paper,the structure and physicochemical properties of water,the global water resources situation and the basic concepts of water cycle are summarized.The transport mechanism of water in biological cells and the regulation of water on the structure and function of biomolecules are introduced.
