摘 要:本工作采用“溶胀-填充”方法,用超支化大分子作为填充物,实现对质子交换膜性能的改善。通过控制聚偏氟乙烯膜在超支化聚酰胺溶液中的溶胀填充时间,来达到聚偏氟乙烯膜纳米微孔结构的溶胀和填充。本工作设置了1h,3h和5h三个溶胀填充时间,制备出了三种不同复合质子交换膜,分别为PVDF-HBM-1,PVDF-HBM-2和PVDF-HBM-5。测试了它们的质子电导率、吸水率、溶胀率、力学性能、氧化稳定性和热稳定性。三种复合质子交换膜表现出良好的性能,尤其是机械性能,氧化稳定性和热稳定性能。复合膜PVDF-HBM-2拉伸强度高达47.18MPa,氧化稳定性值高达99.15%。三种复合膜近400℃开始分解,完全适用于质子交换膜燃料电池的工作温度范围。We adopt“swelling-filling”method to modity composite membrane with a proton conductive macromolecular nano-particle as SF filler to improve the performance of proton exchange membrane effectively.We achieved swelling-filling of the microporous structure in polyvinylidene fluoride membrane by controlling the swelling time of the polyvinylidene fluoride membrane in the hyperbranched polyamide solution.We prepared three different proton exchange membranes by three swelling times of 1 h,3 h and 5 h.Then measured the proton conductivity,water absorption,swelling,ion exchange capacity,mechanical properties,oxidation resistance and thermodynamic stability of the proton exchange membrane.The three composite proton exchange membranes showed good mechanical properties,oxidation stability and thermal stability.The tensile strength of PVDF-HBM-2 was 47.18 MPa and the oxidation stability was 99.15%.The three composite membranes began to decompose at about 400℃,which was suitable for the working temperature range of the Proton exchange membrane fuel cell.Great thermal and mechanical stability of the PVDF-HBM-x membrane indicates the potential for long-term operation in fuel cells.
