摘 要:数字乡村建设是推动新时代“三农”工作与乡村现代化转型的战略引擎。在发展逻辑上,数字赋能乡村建设有其理论、历史与现实的必然性。从其要素结构看,农业转型与数字产业场景脱域、农民数字素养与乡村生活适配失灵、农村数字服务与治理关系脱嵌等内在张力映射着数字乡村建设依然任重道远的现实。相应地,从加快数字农业迭代升级步伐、数字化调适农民行动能力、数字化融合农村基层服务关系等方面进行治道变革,将不断消解数字乡村建设过程中问题的生发与矛盾的叠合。Digital village construction is a strategic engine to promote the work related to"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"and rural modernization and transformation in a new era.In terms of development logic,the construction of digital villages has its theoretical,historical and realistic rationality.From the perspective of factor structure,digital village construction still has a long way to go due to the inherent tension caused by the disembedding between the transformation of agriculture and digital industry,the failure of adaptation of farmers digital literacy to rural life,and the decoupling of the relationship between rural digital services and rural governance.Accordingly,governance reform in the aspects of accelerating the upgrading of digital agriculture,digital adjustment of farmers'action ability,and digital integration of rural grass-roots service relations will continue to eliminate the problems and contradictions in the process of digital village construction.
