摘　　要：本文阐述了项目工程变更管理存在的问题点,分析了影响变更管理的关键因素,并在项目集群管理视角下有针对性地提出相关管理举措,以提升项目施工阶段投资管理效果。This article describes the problematic points of project engineering change management,analyses the key factors affecting change management,and puts forward relevant management initiatives in a targeted manner under the perspective of project cluster management,in order to enhance the effect of investment management in the construction phase of the project.
