摘　　要：近年来,随着肿瘤免疫学的发展,免疫治疗成为胃癌新辅助治疗的新方向。多项临床试验已经证实,将免疫治疗与化疗、靶向治疗等相结合,应用于胃癌新辅助治疗中,不仅可以改善患者的治疗反应,还能有效延长患者的生存期。本文旨在评述免疫治疗在胃癌新辅助治疗中的应用,并探讨其机制、与传统治疗方式的结合策略、安全性及个体化精准治疗等,从而为胃癌治疗领域提供新的思路与方向。Recent advances in tumor immunology have made immunotherapy a new direction for neoadjuvant treatment of gastric cancer.Multiple clinical trials have confirmed that combining immunotherapy with chemotherapy and targeted therapy in the neoadjuvant treatment of gastric cancer can effectively improve treatment response and prolong patient survival time.This article aims to comment on the application of immunotherapy in the neoadjuvant treatment of gastric cancer,exploring its mechanisms,integration strategies with traditional treatments,safety,and personalized precision therapy in the hope of providing new insights and directions for the field of gastric cancer treatment.
