牛马藤多糖的提取工艺优化及抗氧化活性研究

摘  要:为明确牛马藤多糖的提取工艺条件及其抗氧化活性,为牛马藤多糖的开发利用提供参考。采用了苯酚-硫酸法测定牛马藤多糖的含量,通过单因素试验(以提取温度、液固比、提取时间、提取次数为参考因素),正交试验对牛马藤多糖的提取工艺进行优化,DPPH法和ABTS法测定牛马藤多糖的抗氧化活性。所优化的牛马藤多糖提取工艺稳定可行,提取率高,牛马藤多糖具有一定的抗氧化活性。To clarify the extraction process conditions and antioxidant activity of polysaccharides from Mucuna sempervirens,provide reference for the development and utilization of polysaccharides from Mucuna sempervirens,the polysaccharides of Mucuna sempervirens was determined by Phenol Sulfuric acid method,and the extraction process of polysaccharides from Mucuna sempervirens was optimized through single factor experiments(with extraction temperature,liquid-solid ratio,extraction time,and extraction frequency as reference factors)and orthogonal experiments,the antioxidant activity of polysaccharides from Mucuna sempervirens was determined by DPPH and ABTS methods.The optimized extraction process of polysaccharides from Mucuna sempervirens was stable and feasible,with a high extraction rate,and the polysaccharides from Mucuna sempervirens had certain antioxidant activity.
