摘 要:曙红和氟喹诺酮类兽药(FQs)作用生成离子对缔合物,溶液由琥珀色变成玫红色,吸收光谱红移。通过测定离子型缔合物在546 nm处的吸光度,建立了FQs残留的检测方法。以恩诺沙星为基准物质建立标准曲线,线性范围为1~20μmol/L,检测限为0.33μmol/L。用裸眼观察结果,检测限为4μmol/L。应用本方法检测实际样本,结果显示:10个猪肝样本里有8个检出FQs残留,残留量在128~655μg/kg之间;10个鸡蛋样本里有6个检出FQs残留,残留量在184~937μg/kg之间(均以恩诺沙星计)。Eosin reacted with fluoroquinolones(FQs)to form ion-pair complexes,the solution changed from amber to rose red,and the absorption spectrum shifted red.A method for the determination of FQs residues was established by measuring the absorbance of ion-pair complexes at 546 nm.The standard curve was established with enrofloxacin as standard substance,and the linear range was 1~20μmol/L,the detection limit was 0.33μmol/L.When observing the results with the naked eye,the detection limit was 4μmol/L.Using this method to detect actual samples,the results showed that FQs residues were detected in 8 of 10 pig liver samples,and the residual amount was 128~655μg/kg,FQs residues were detected in 6 out of 10 egg samples,and the residual amount was 184~937μg/kg(calculated by enrofloxacin).
