摘  要:以某小微冲压模具厂因薄板材料自动送料器在使用中经常出现故障影响其生产效率,且设备在安装过程中要在机床上打孔,对机床有损伤为背景,在不增加过多成本的基础上,对其气动系统进行改进设计,同时对控制系统的电路做详细设计,给出推、拉料气路系统设计图及电控系统设计图,详细描述其工作原理。将改进设计完成后的气动及电控系统在FluidSIM 4.2软件中建模并仿真,分析各缸的位移、速度-时间特性曲线;给出设计完成后系统的封装图和封装说明;最后将改进后的气动系统与原系统作对比分析,总结其各自的优、缺点。结果表明:改进设计后的气动系统不仅降低了设备的故障率,避免了在机床上开孔的弊端,还能实现送料速度的有效控制,给设备后期的维护、保养带来便利,为系统的进一步升级改造指明了方向。This article is based on the background of a small and micro stamping mold factory's frequent failures in the use of automatic sheet material feeders that affect its production efficiency,and the equipment needs to be drilled on the machine tool during installation,which may cause damage to the machine tool.On the basis of not increasing too much cost,the pneumatic system is improved and designed.At the same time,the circuit of the control system is designed in detail,and the design diagram of the push and pull material pneumatic system and the electric control system are provided,Provide a detailed description of its working principle.Modeling and simulating the improved pneumatic and electronic control systems in FluidSIM 4.2 software,analyzing the displacement,velocity time characteristic curves of each cylinder;Provide the packaging diagram and instructions for the system after the design is completed;Finally,compare and analyze the improved pneumatic system with the original system,and summarize their respective advantages and disadvantages;The results show that the improved design of the pneumatic system not only reduces the equipment failure rate and avoids the drawbacks of opening holes on the machine tool,but also achieves effective control of the feeding speed;Bringing convenience to the later maintenance and upkeep of equipment has pointed out the direction for further upgrading and transformation of the system.
