摘  要:液力变矩器是车辆传动系统的核心部件,其轴向力是影响传动系统可靠性的关键因素,受转速影响明显,轴承的选型和布置对于整个传动系统的支撑和寿命起着关键作用。利用Romax软件在动力传动方面的建模和分析能力,通过建立液力变矩器传动的模型,计算出液力变矩器轴向力,对方案的轴承选型和布置进行了分析比较,并对现有的产品进行优化改进;根据结果分析找到了问题的根本原因,解决了实际问题,为Romax在液力变矩器轴向力的计算和解决实际问题方面提供了参考。The hydraulic torque converter is the mian component of the vehicle transmission system,its axial force is a key factor affecting the reliability.By the speed significantly affected,selection bearings play a crucial role in the support and lifespan of the entire transmission system.This article utilizes the modeling and analysis capabilities of Romax software in power transmission,establishes a model of hydraulic torque converter transmission,calculates the axial force of the hydraulic torque converter,analyzes and compares the bearing selection and arrangement of the schemes,and optimizes and improves the existing products;Based on the analysis of the results,the root cause of the problem was found and the actual problem was solved.This provides a reference for Romax in calculating the axial force of hydraulic torque converters and solving practical problems.
