快速冰冻切片技术对鼻咽癌病理检验中切片质量及诊断准确度的影响

摘　　要：目的快速冰冻切片技术实施于鼻咽癌病理检验中的应用价值。方法于2021年1月-2022年10月采集病例展开研究,对象为80例鼻咽癌病理检验患者,随机数字表法下分组为对照组(实行常规石蜡切片技术)与观察组(实行快速冰冻切片技术),每组40例;观察两组评估切片质量,判定对比切片技术相关指标评分,判定两组检验准确率,以上数据组间对比。结果观察组切片质量即切片技术相关指标综合评分较对照组明显高(P<0.05);观察组检验准确率高于对照组(97.50%vs85.00%),误诊率低于对照组(2.50%vs15.00%),P<0.05。结论在鼻咽癌病理检验中应用快速冰冻切片技术,相较于传统石蜡切片技术,可保障良好的切片质量,取得较高的检验准确率,故具有应用推广的价值。Objective The application value of quick frozen section technique in pathological examination of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods From January,2021 to October,2022,80 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were collected and studied.They were randomly divided into control group(with routine paraffin section technique)and observation group(with rapid frozen section technique),with 40 cases in each group.Observe the two groups to evaluate the slice quality,determine the score of related indicators of comparative slice technology,determine the inspection accuracy of the two groups,and compare the above data groups.Results The slice quality of the observation group,that is,the comprehensive score of related indexes of slice technology,was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The accuracy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(97.50%vs85.00%),and the misdiagnosis rate was lower than that of the control group(2.50%vs15.00%),P<0.05.Conclusion Compared with the traditional paraffin section technique,the application of quick frozen section technique in pathological examination of nasopharyngeal carcinoma can ensure good section quality and obtain higher inspection accuracy,so it has the value of application and popularization.
