摘　　要：目的探讨不同吸痰深度对喉癌术后气管切开患者效果的影响。方法选取2020年5月至2022年5月本院收治的喉癌患者68例,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组34例。对照组采取浅部吸痰,观察组采用深部吸痰,比较两组吸痰前后血氧饱和度(SpO2)变化、吸痰效果和不良反应发生率。结果两组吸痰前SpO2变化比较(P>0.05);观察组吸痰后SpO2高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组痰鸣音评分高于对照组,每日吸痰次数少于对照组,吸痰间隔时间大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依据喉癌术后气管切开患者咳嗽反射强弱等实际情况,采取不同吸痰深度,能够提高吸痰效果,减少痰痴堵塞、呼吸道损伤等不良反应发生,有效保障患者安全。Objective To explore the effect of different depth of sputum aspiration on patients with laryngocarcinoma after tracheotomy.Methods 68 patients with laryngeal cancer admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were randomly divided into two groups with 34 patients in each group.The control group was treated with shallow sputum aspiration,while the observation group was treated with deep sputum aspiration.The changes of blood oxygen saturation(SpO2)before and after sputum aspiration,the effect of sputum aspiration and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The changes of SpO2 before sputum aspiration were compared between the two groups(P>0.05);SpO2 in the observation group after sputum aspiration was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of sputum and voice in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the number of sputum aspirations per day was less than that in the control group,and the interval between sputum aspirations was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion According to the actual situation of cough reflex in patients with laryngocarcinoma after tracheotomy,adopting different depth of sputum suction can improve the effect of sputum suction,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions such as sputum scab blockage and respiratory tract injury,and effectively ensure the safety of patients.
