摘 要:厂网一体化调度策略被认为是防范城市内涝风险和改善城市河道水质的有效途径。考虑到城市污水处理系统存在降低运行成本与保障下游河道水质的需求,本研究构建一个多目标优化控制问题,通过调用城市污水系统模拟器(SYNOPSIS)、确定边界条件、应用粒子群算法,为深圳市某片区的污水管网和污水处理厂水量调度提供优化方案,并提出提升改造工程建议,开展环境效益分析。研究发现仅通过水量调度手段,河道水质提升与厂网运营服务费降低均受到限制,建议实施精准截污、1号污水厂提升改造和2号污水厂打破保底水量三项措施,区域年运行服务费用增加1408万元(包含投资折旧),片区三座污水厂TN平均出水浓度可降至5.04mg/L,受纳水体TN浓度下降22.6%。本研究有助于推动优化算法在城市污水系统厂网一体化调度中的应用,且为政府主管部门和运维单位提供决策依据。The integrated dispatching strategy of power plant and network is considered to be an ef-fective way to prevent urban waterlogging risk and improve the water quality of urban rivers.Considering that the urban sewage treatment system has the needs of reducing operating costs and ensuring the water quality of downstream rivers,this study constructs a multi-objective optimization control problem.By calling the urban sewage system simulator(SYNOPSIS),determining the boundary conditions,and ap-plying the particle swarm optimization algorithm,it provides an optimization scheme for the sewage pipe network and sewage treatment plant water quantity scheduling in a certain area of Shenzhen City,and puts forward suggestions for upgrading and reconstruction projects,and carries out environmental benefit analysis.The study found that only by means of water regulation,the improvement of river water quality and the reduction of plant and network operation service fees are limited.It is recommended to implement three measures:precise sewage interception,upgrading and transformation of No.1 sewage plant and breaking the bottom water guarantee of No.2 sewage plant.The annual operation service cost of the re-gion increased by 14.08 million yuan(including investment depreciation).The average TN effluent concentration of the three sewage plants in the area can be reduced to 5.04 mg/L,and the TN concen-tration of the receiving water body decreased by 22.6%.This study is helpful to promote the application of optimization algorithm in the integrated dispatching of urban sewage system,and provides decision-making basis for government departments and operation and maintenance units.
