研发联盟类型对企业创新绩效的影响——基于三方合作和所有制性质的异质性分析

摘　　要：基于交易成本理论和资源基础理论,以我国计算机和电子制造业、电气设备制造业和汽车业2008—2015年间专利数据为研究样本,分别探讨了何种三方合作的研发联盟类型和企业所有制性质更有利于提升企业创新绩效;并基于样本中专利截至2022年的引证信息讨论了不同研发联盟类型下创新产出的技术影响力。实证结果显示:(1)在研发联盟组合中,子公司-子公司-子公司(Es-Es-Es)类型的研发联盟对企业创新绩效的正向影响效果最优;(2)在研发联盟组合类型中,企业所有制性质隶属于国有企业比隶属于非国有企业更能有效地提升企业创新绩效。拓展分析认为,由多样化的研发伙伴类型所构成的研发联盟其创新产出的技术影响力更大,未来更容易被再次应用。Based on transaction cost theory and resource-based theory,this paper takes the patent data of China's computer and electronics manufacturing industry,electrical equipment manufacturing industry and automobile industry from 2008 to 2015 as research samples,and respectively discusses which types of tripartite cooperation R&D alliance and the nature of enterprise ownership are more conducive to improving enterprise innovation performance;Based on the citation information of patents in the sample up to 2022,the technical influence of innovation output under different types of R&D alliances is discussed.The empirical results show that:(1)among the R&D alliance combinations,the subsidiary-subsidiary-subsidiary(Es-Es-Es)type R&D alliance has the best positive effect on the innovation performance of enterprises;(2)In the combination type of R&D alliance,the ownership of enterprises belonging to state-owned enterprises can improve the innovation performance of enterprises more effectively than non-state-owned enterprises.According to the expansion analysis,the R&D alliance composed of diversified types of R&D partners has greater technical influence on its innovative output and is easier to be applied again in the future.
