摘 要:目前网络信息传播中碎片化信息的传播成为新媒体传播的主流方式,如何运用受众对信息传播感知的兴趣点进行有益的信息传播,成为社会进步的助推器,是目前政界及学术界广泛讨论的话题。针对目前网络信息传播中的短视频平台中良莠不齐无营养内容居多的情况,社会各个工作层面应该肩负起自己应尽的责任,网络技术人员在这种传播方式中应起到确保社会进步有效信息的广泛传播,其他层面的工作人员则应有责任有义务地做出引导性传播本行业本专业的进步信息。网络信息传播中的短视频应该在民众的各阶段教育中得到广泛的重视和应用,尤其是在大、中、小学教育教学乃至全民素质教育中应该得到广泛的重视和应用。At present,the dissemination of fragmented information in online information dissemination has become the mainstream way of new media dissemination.How to use the audience's perceived interests in information dissemination to carry out beneficial information dissemination and become a booster of social progress is a widely discussed topic in the political and academic circles.In response to the current situation where there is uneven quality and lack of nutritious content in short video platforms for online information dissemination,people at all levels of society should shoulder their responsibilities.Network technicians should play a role in ensuring the widespread dissemination of effective information on social progress in this dissemination method,while social workers at other levels should have the obligation to guide the development of progress information in their respective industries and professions.Short videos in the dissemination of online information should be widely valued and applied in various stages of public education,especially in primary,secondary,and tertiary education,as well as in overall quality education.
