城市轨道交通出入口周边公交停靠站设置标准研究

摘　　要：为促进轨道交通与常规公交融合发展,应注重轨道站点周边公交停靠站的优化调整工作。本文介绍了既有研究及标准导则的相关要求,分析了既有要求存在范围界定不清、与其他规范衔接不足、与其他设施要求不协调等问题。从指导规划方案实施的角度,进一步明确了轨道出入口与公交停靠站换乘距离的界定范围,提出了轨道出入口位于交叉口出口道、进口道以及路段等不同情形下的公交停靠站调整要求。为后续轨道站点周边公交停靠站点调整及标准导则的修订提供技术指引和参考。In order to realize integrated development with conventional buses,attention should be paid to the optimization and adjustment of bus stops around subway stations.This paper introduces the relevant requirements of existing research and standard guidelines,analyzes the problems of existing requirements,such as unclear scope,insufficient connection with existing standards,and incoordination with other facilities.From the perspective of guiding the implementation of the planning scheme,it further clarifies the definition range of the transfer distance between the track entrance and the bus stop,and puts forward the relevant conditions of the track entrance and exit at the intersection,the intersection entrance and the road section.It provides technical guidance and reference for the subsequent adjustment of bus stops around rail stations and revision of standard guidelines.
