摘　　要：随着检验医学的快速发展,检验医师作为联系实验室与临床之间的重要桥梁,不仅要具备专业的检验知识,同时需掌握广泛的临床医学知识。为实现培养优秀检验医师的目标,本研究主要采用钉钉线上与线下混合教学的模式,探索检验医师规范化培训的新模式。With the rapid development of laboratory medicine,laboratory physicians,as an important bridge between laboratory and clinical practice,should not only have professional laboratory knowledge,but also master a wide range of clinical medical knowledge.In order to achieve the goal of cultivating excellent laboratory physicians,this paper mainly adopts the model of online and offline mixed teaching to explore a new model of standardized training for laboratory physicians.
